Editor's Page
Let me introduce myself: I am Edward O'Donnell, OCD, a member of the Discalced Carmelite Order and Editor of Spiritual Life. As Editor, I strive to choose articles for Spiritual Life that I believe will assist our readers in their life of faith. Since faith is nourished by prayer and meditation on the word of God and the things of the Spirit, our articles will present various means of praying and listening to God's Spirit in everyday life.
The Carmelite saints -- John of the Cross, Teresa of Avila, Therese of Lisieux, Edith Stein, and others -- are wonderful guides for the life of faith, so I will often rely on them to point out to us the sure path to seeking the Lord's will.
